Biography

awrence H. Wolfe — known to clients and colleagues as Larry — is the Chief Financial Officer of Route 20 Private Wealth and the Principal of Wolfe Accounting and Consulting, PA. With more than three decades of practice across accounting, valuation, taxation, and forensic engagements, he is one of the most experienced financial professionals serving the firm’s institutional and private-client base.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) — a credential that has shaped much of his career work in business appraisal and litigation support.

His practice spans the full breadth of high-end accounting services: financial statement preparation, CFO consulting, tax analysis and preparation for both corporations and individuals, and complex valuation engagements. Larry has completed numerous appraisals across marital dissolution, purchase and sale, estate, gift, and income-tax matters, as well as fair-value analyses for industries ranging from real estate and construction to medical practices, restaurants, and wholesale distribution.

National and multi-national accounting and consulting firms regularly engage Larry to provide due-diligence and forensic services. His investigative work spans matters involving misappropriation of funds, fraudulent activity, and complex accounting disputes — engagements requiring both technical command and unimpeachable integrity. In recognition of those qualities, the Florida Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County has appointed him to serve as a Special Master.

Larry is a long-standing member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a frequent lecturer at continuing-education seminars hosted by the FICPA and the American Society of Women Accountants. He is, in every sense, an educator as much as a practitioner — a quality that defines his approach to client work.
